The engineer showed up right on schedule, and the service was quick and effective, from draining and refilling to cleaning every part. My hot tub looks fantastic, and there was no mess left at all. I’m really not happy with this. There were just too many problems. First off, it took way longer to get here than what I was originally told, and it only showed up after I asked for a refund. When it finally came and got set up, it wasn’t done right, so I had to get a pro electrician to fix it. The pumps are noisy, making these high-pitched whistles, and to make matters worse, it’s just over three years old and the control box has crapped out. Just Hot Tubs wants £99 for a call-out and £500 for a new control box. In those three years, we’ve made four warranty calls, and none of them have been addressed. I won’t be buying from them again.

The staff here are super friendly and really helpful. My annual service went off without a hitch; it’s more than just a hot tub, it’s a hydrotherapy pool.
